EVV Time Entry

Features

For caregivers

Clock in and out, and little else

The app does one job. No timesheets to assemble, no forms to complete, no administration. Text and icons on every control, in English and Spanish, with full screen-reader support and text that scales without breaking the layout.

You are told immediately if something needs explaining

If location could not be recorded, the app says so at the moment of the punch and offers a short list of reasons — not a week later through a coordinator.

Worked without a signal?

Call in from the client's phone, or add the shift from the app once you are back online. Either way the time is recorded and reviewed.

For coordinators and administrators

An exception queue ordered oldest first

The visits that have waited longest are the ones holding up someone's pay, so they appear first rather than being buried under today's.

Corrections both parties agree to

Propose a change and the other person is asked to confirm. Agreement applies it; disagreement holds the visit for review before payment. Original punch times are preserved either way.

An audit trail you can actually read

Who changed what, when, and why — in plain English, showing only the fields that changed, filtered by action or record type, and visible only to roles you have granted permission.

Roles you define

Start from sensible defaults for workers, participants, supervisors, fiscal staff, auditors, and administrators, then grant or remove individual permissions. Administrators can invite people, suspend access immediately, and reset two-step verification — every action recorded.

Accessibility

Participants who do not speak English often hire workers who share their language, and accessibility is repeatedly named by providers as a top factor in choosing an EVV vendor. Both applications are built to WCAG 2.1 AA: labelled controls, 48-pixel touch targets, visible focus, contrast checked automatically on every build, and no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning.
